CASA PASCO

We have rooms to rent in an old-style house near the Congreso (Parliament building). We are 2 blocks from a subway station (subte, Line A, Station Pasco), and plenty of buses pass nearby to go everywhere. The house has just been made over, so it's all new. We have a big living and dining room to share, a nice kitchen with all you need for cooking, 3 bathrooms, an atelier, a library, a little patio and a big roof. Each room has its own balcony/patio. It's a very large house for just a few people. Also, we are across the street from a little park and we can see trees and green from the windows!

In Casa Pasco, we speak Spanish, English and German.

WE OFFER:
- Internet (wi-fi)
- Cleaning (twice a week).
- All expenses included.
-Weekly change of sheets and towels
-An extra bike available for the guests

Cost:

-Small room: 400 USD per month

-Big rooms: 500 UDS per month

 Payment: The payment must be done in cash (in euros/dollars) or 

through bank transference.

 

     

Our rules

First of all, welcome to Casa Pasco! We hope you have a pleasant stay and we can have a peaceful coexistence. In order to achieve that, we’ve set up some rules and we would like you to follow them during your time with us:

1)   Please, don’t smoke inside the house. You can do this in the balconies.

2)   The areas of shared use are the ground floor and the first floor. Please, don’t go to the second floor unless you are invited.

  3)  Your friends are welcome to come to the house. We kindly ask you, though, to take into account that there are several people living and studying in it, so it is necessary for you to make sure that your friends’ presence does not interfere with your house mates’ necessities. Only those people who are official residents of the house are allowed to stay for the night. Please, don’t compromise your house mates or make them uncomfortable by bringing unexpected guests.

   4)  As for the use of the kitchen, all the utensils in the cabinets are for common use. We kindly ask you to wash them once you’ve finished using them, and to know that it’s important to keep the kitchen neat and clean so the rest of us can use it whenever we need to.

   5)  Although the cleaning service is included in the rent of the room, it is important that you collaborate with the everyday maintenance of the house. If you see it’s dirty or messy, take into account that the state of                                              our home is the responsibility of us all.
