Veronica had been teaching me Spanish over a period of nearly 4 years. She came by a recommendation from another English woman living in Buenos Aires.
I studied initially 3 times a week for 5 weeks in Buenos Aires face to a face in Veronica's appartment. More recently though I have been studying by Skype twice a week from a coastal village in Uruguay where I now live for part of the year.
Studying by Skype is surprisingly easy and benefits from Veronica being able to write the corrections on the screen as you go along as well as the visual contact.
Veronica is a responsive and flexible teacher accommodating to your needs and the unreliability of the Uruguay internet system. I can thoroughly recommend her.

I found Veronica through Craigslist about a year ago while living in Buenos Aires and tutored with her twice a week for a few months. Since moving back to the states we've been tutoring through Skype and it's worked out better than I could ever imagine. I knew from the first time I met her she was going to be great. She always balances the boring stuff like grammar and conjugations with more fun stuff like conversations about art or politics. She has a plethora of information and resources and is always happy to share with you. She's taught me so much about Argentinian history all the while helping me with my horrible accent. She finds out what you are interested in and let's that be the catalyst for conversation and learning. Vero is amazing and I am so lucky to have found such a patient, intelligent hard working tutor like her!"
